Stretch Therapy

The Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a type of Athletic Stretching Technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups, but more importantly, AIS provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes.

Percussive Therapy

Percussive massage helps distribute the thickened fascia fluid to relieve the pressure and tightness you feel. Repeated pressure at high speed thins the fluids, making the fascia more pliable so that your muscle can move more easily and efficiently.

Holistic Corrective Exercise & Performance Coaching

An approach to movement and fitness that combines knowledge of functional anatomy, with an understanding of the relationships between the musculoskeletal system and the glands, organs, posture, and breathing to create a full picture of the human body.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

Holistic life coaching is the practice of helping clients reach their goals by focusing on the whole person's approach to health through personal development and their physical health. This means helping clients to consider not just their physical wellbeing but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
